Our work consists on going through the internal existent flows by means of inquiry to the directly involved professionals, and verification of all the flows of the areas of work, which gives us a chance to know the daily procedures of internal existence and elaborate the rules and intern procedures.
To verify the existence of specific rules and of those that are transmitted vocally or through internal memorandums, or even small pieces of papers, those adopted by tradition and finally those delivered of the correct use adopted by companies, always looking forward to the clarification of the functions.
We do our job directly with the Departments or sectors involved. After the elaboration of rules and procedures it will be discussed with the professionals directly involved, towards it to motivate the critical conscience of the work that is carried out.
